Keoghs is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join its counter-fraud team in Bolton. You will manage a caseload of Litigated RTA fraud files for insurance clients, working with a Lead Lawyer to achieve commercially sound results without delegated authority.
This role requires handling various fraud types—bogus passengers, staged/contrived, fraud exaggeration, and more—within a team of fraud specialists and legal support staff.
