Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end hiring across a broad legal portfolio – Paralegals, File Handlers, Assistant Lawyers, Lead Lawyers, and more.
  • Deliver high‑volume campaigns with pace, structure, and consistency.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles, ensuring we’re always ahead of demand.
  • Targeted sourcing to engage passive legal talent through outreach, networks, and market intelligence.
  • Partner with stakeholders – advising on role design, assessment methods, and interview best practice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Use data‑driven insights from ATS metrics to refine processes and elevate performance.
  • Assist employer brand activity within the legal community, including events, partnerships, and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑volume legal recruitment (in‑house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of legal role structures, qualification pathways, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality.

  • Excellent sourcing capability and long‑term talent pooling experience.
