Keoghs is recruiting for a Pre-Litigated File Handler to manage a caseload of up to 250 NIHL and HAVS files. The role involves opening new files, conducting searches, instructing investigators, and chasing key evidence to meet KPIs and SLAs. Requires strong MS Office, a CM system, and excellent organisational skills.
The role is based in Bolton, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with one unpaid lunch hour. Full admin duties and adherence to Keoghs values and SRA standards are expected.
