We’re now looking for a talented and driven Claims Handler to join our Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) Team within our Corporate Risks division.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full ownership of litigated recovery claims, guiding cases from instruction through to resolution while maximising financial recovery for clients. Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll act as a technical referral point, supporting colleagues and strengthening team capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review new instructions, identify technical issues, and set clear litigation strategies
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and court deadlines
  • Conduct the full litigation process, including drafting legal documents (claim forms, directions questionnaires, witness statements)
  • Issuing proceedings and managing court hearings
