The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

To work as part of a busy team to cover various areas to include daily bank reconciliations, month end process, daily banking receipts/cancellations. Assist with daily day to day finance duties.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain our client accounts, ensure policies and procedures are in place at all times.
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Manage shared high volume email inbox as and when required.
  • Review client account balances on a daily basis and produce replenishment request if required.
  • Complete month end process for all clients.
  • Complete monthly VAT review.
  • Maintain client needs and deadlines.
  • Handle daily finance queries from file handlers and clients.
  • Complete daily cheque run for all clients.
  • Complete daily BACS process for all clients.
  • Assist Senior Finance Assistant and Manager as required.

Working Hours

35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Liverpool St Paul’s Square.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a busy Finance team.
  • Ability to use Excel.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with high volumes.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic that is keen to learn and explore new ideas.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to team members, colleagues and clients.
