Keoghs LLP is seeking a Costs Negotiator to pursue settlement of legal costs across Clinical Negligence claims.
You will proactively review cases, formulate initial cost strategies, and conduct early telephone negotiations with opponents while liaising with insurers throughout the file.
You will manage your own caseload, in a role within the NHSR team led by Kai-leigh Christopher, with support from senior lawyers.
A focus on SLAs, KPIs, and development planning is essential.
