Keoghs is looking to recruit an Intel Analyst to join our busy, fast paced Intelligence Team. The Intel Analyst will work on a variety of claims ranging from motor fraud, credit hire, EL PL and complex injury matters (and potentially more!). The role involves identifying the appropriate and relevant intelligence evidence from a wide range of resources that ultimately assists with the decision making process required to drive our cases to a resolution.
On the receipt of bespoke instructions, the Intel Analyst will undertake a variety of searches and will need to capture all intelligence evidence relevant to a claim and evidence the same whether that be in internal reports / pictorial format / formal statements. In addition, the Intel Analyst will be required to provide ad hoc intelligence for internal and external customers as required.
Key Responsibilities- Analysing claims files and provide reports and information to Clients and File Handlers as to the outcome of the analysis
- Using desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information that will validate or rule out concerns and/or detect potentially fraudulent information
- Compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity
- Preparing witness evidence (including statements) in order to adduce the results of analysis in Court proceedings (generally civil proceedings)
