Key Responsibilities
- Forensic review and analysis of relevant documents
- Analysis of liability
- Analysis of quantum and causation
- Assisting in drafting advice
- Client liaison
- Court appearance and attendance with counsel
- Drafting documents and correspondence to clients/court/witnesses
- Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts
- Assisting Partners and other members of the team where required
- Assisting in business development initiatives, including drafting of articles, blog pieces, e-shots and presentations and attendance at relevant events
Working hours
35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. One day a week in the Glasgow office.
