Join one of the UK and Ireland’s most respected insurance law teams and take your career to the next level. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on complex, high-value and often life-changing cases — from catastrophic injuries to high-value motor and casualty claims.
As a Senior Solicitor within our Large Loss Team, you’ll play a key role supporting the Lead Lawyer on some of the most challenging and rewarding cases in our portfolio, while managing your own caseload of claims typically valued between £100,000 and £250,000. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on collaboration, technical excellence and genuine career development.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Lead Lawyer to manage high court and catastrophic injury claims (including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and fatal accident cases).
- Handle your own caseload of high-value complex injury claims, driving them from instruction to resolution.
- Engage directly with senior claims handlers at leading insurers — building strong, trusted relationships.
- Apply your analytical expertise to dissect complex medical and quantum evidence, identify key issues and shape expert strategy.
- Draft high-quality technical advice across indemnity, liability, quantum and other relevant areas.
