Keoghs is seeking to recruit a Construction Technical Lead to deal with delegated and non-delegated high value Construction and EL/PL claims. This diverse role offers an excellent opportunity to work within Keoghs’ thriving Corporate Sector Risks Practice with a variety of high-profile construction, retail and insurance clients. The successful candidate will predominantly handle a specialist/high value case load up to a value of £1,000,000. The successful candidate would also be a Technical Lead for several Construction clients and be involved and may lead in both client and internal technical meetings. Key Responsibilities Technical Lead: Construction Technical Lead and Point of contact for day-to-day queries for both Keoghs, Client Managers / Team Leaders, Broker and Insurer Technical referrals point for all Corporate Risks construction accounts. Responsible for preparing and maintaining client litigation handling manuals and regularly updates on changes and developments Provide technical oversight, supervision, mentoring and training across pre-litigation and litigation construction teams.
