Company: Keo Supply Ltd Location: Unit 3, (Apply online only) Garratt Lane, London SW18 4DJ Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Start Date: Immediate About the Role Keo Supply Ltd is looking for a creative, organised and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce business. You will be involved in website management, product listings, graphic design, online orders, customer service, marketing support and general e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in e-commerce and online retail, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of a varied workload. As graphic design forms an important part of this position, applicants must be confident using Adobe Illustrator. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Website Management * Upload, update and maintain product listings, descriptions, images and pricing. * Maintain the company website to ensure information is accurate and up to date. * Assist with website improvements and identify functionality or user experience issues. * Optimise product listings for SEO and customer experience. * Support new product launches, promotions and website campaigns. Graphic Design & Marketing * Create and edit graphics for products, promotions, website banners and marketing materials. * Use Adobe Illustrator to prepare visual content for online and promotional use. * Assist with social media campaigns, promotional activity and digital marketing. * Support marketing initiatives designed to increase website traffic and online sales. Orders & Customer Service * Process online orders, returns and refunds accurately and efficiently. * Respond to customer enquiries by email, live chat and telephone. * Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to support smooth order fulfilment. * Pick and pack customer orders carefully and accurately when required. Stock & General Operations * Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team. * Assist with receiving deliveries and general warehouse duties when required. * Support the wider day-to-day operation of the e-commerce department. * Review sales and customer behaviour data to help identify opportunities for improvement. Skills & Experience Essential * Confident using Adobe Illustrator. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Creative mindset with a good eye for visual presentation. * Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and online retail. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Desirable * Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon or eBay. * Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing. * Experience creating digital graphics, website content or social media material. * Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing, administration or a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
