Our newest opportunity is for a Proposal Coordinator to join our award-winning sustainability and environmental team based in London, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for providing general administration support to the Division and coordinates the development of high-quality proposals, aligned with pursuit strategies and client requirements.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Preparing and composing correspondence as directed, including minutes, reports, and project documents.
- Assisting in the formatting of documents and reports.
- Becoming a key focal point in cross Divisional proposals.
- Providing administration support in the creation of proposal documents in draft format and adds standard draft text, project datasheets and CVs, as necessary.
- Providing general administrative support in the qualification document preparation.
- Assembling and supervising resources needed to respond to requests for qualifications.
- Managing preparation of response on daily basis including guiding and reviewing the work of other authors, writing material and making decisions affecting document’s overall format and content.
- Obtaining management reviews of draft including soliciting input from Contracts and Legal.
- May lead preparation of an entire section/volume of a proposal.
- Assisting the appointed Bid Manager with developing strategy/goals for proposals.
- Reviewing sections/volumes of the proposal to ensure compatibility of information among the various sections/volumes.
- Resolving comments and finalizing all work submitted by the various section authors prior to submittal to the Proposal Manager for final incorporation into the overall proposal.
- Leading the development of follow-up material and clarifications of any material in the qualifications or specific section/volume to customers.
- Maintaining data, tools, and systems needed to support preparation of qualification documents and proposals (i.e. project description databases, resume databases, corporate/division/project statistics, commendation files, etc.).
- Develops generic proposal material.
- Tender portal management (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle, and other client platforms).
- Generating regular reports on tender activity, win/loss rates, and submission timelines.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, schedules, and reports related to proposals and business development.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 4 years experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in relevant subject. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Fluent in English.
