Kenyon Medical Centres is seeking a part‑time Care Navigator to join our GP training surgery. You will be the face of the practice, greet patients, manage appointments, and handle queries and admin tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
The role includes front‑of‑house duties, processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient records using EMIS Web across two Kenyon sites. 22.5 hours weekly with some Saturday on a rota basis.
