We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy and welcoming school office. In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, handling calls and enquiries while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors; handle calls and enquiries and support the daily operation of the school office.
- Manage admissions, coordinate diaries and school visits, and prepare the weekly newsletter.
- Keep office supplies stocked and support administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide first aid to pupils when required (training provided).
