What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing accurate damage estimates for vehicle repairs
- Communicating with insurance companies to process claims efficiently
- Scheduling customer appointments and ensuring a seamless experience
- Dispatching repair work and overseeing job progress
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent service
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Recent experience as an Estimator or Assistant Manager in a body shop OR 3+ years as a Body Shop Technician with estimating experience preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry standards
- Strong computer skills, preferably experience with CCC estimating software
- Ability to determine labor times, write estimates, and handle supplements
- Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
