What you will do
Regional Marketing Executive – Skin Health (AVEENO) EMEA Position Summary
- Assist the deployment of Global brand initiatives, including the innovation pipeline, across EMEA Region.
- The Regional Marketing Executive links the Region/Markets to the Global Brand Team on a day-to-day basis and assists in the cohesive approach to marketing deployment across Clusters / Region.
- Assists to drive above market share growth through increased consumer penetration, leveraging global initiatives including the deployment of the innovation pipeline.
- Embeds and models Kenvue behaviour.
This position reports into Marketing Director, Skin Health EMEA.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- 50% Innovation and portfolio excellence: Lead roll out projects to expand existing product portfolio to new markets in the Region. Cascades Globally aligned innovation to Markets/Clusters, consolidates market feedback and co-ordinates business case inputs into each Global stage-gate approval. Marketing representative in Regional innovation project meetings; co-ordinates inputs from Markets/Clusters. Manages Regional Master text and coordinate Artwork across the Region, adhering to global design guidelines. Manages portfolio discontinuations across the Region.
- 30% Leadership foundations: Member of regional segment team, assists in executing globally aligned strategy and priority workstreams for Skin Health brands, with a focus on AVEENO. Preparation for Brand Growth forum, Regional Innovation governance meetings as per defined cadence and Regional Deployment meetings to cascade across Markets/Clusters in the Region. Prepares monthly market performance analysis (net trade sales, sell out data). Post-launch tracking for priority projects (net trade sales, sell out performance, driver analysis, R&R analysis).
- 10% Brand & connections excellence: Assists with rollout global comms, content, playbooks to Markets/Clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global Development Team. Assists with Regional Congress in terms of Assets, Key Visuals, Updates to Markets. Facilitates sharing of marketing best practices across the Region. Co-ordinates usage rights across the Region.
- 10% Other Duties: Assists with Segment / Cluster ad hoc marketing requests. Acts as single point of contact for markets with regards to Key Projects requests e.g. trade samples. Ensures compliance with marketing budget management across all cost lines as well as contingency management.
Job Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plus.
- Required Years of Related Experience: 1+ year of marketing experience with experience of supporting marketing operations, innovation delivery and business growth.
- Passion for the Skin Care industry is a must; experience in the Beauty industry is a plus.
- Understanding of multi region and markets is a plus.
