Role reports to: UK RGM Lead

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, Berkshire

Work Location: Hybrid

What you will do:

  • This position is based at our Reading Office (hybrid).
  • The broader commercial strategy team are distorting our resource towards value creation, driving this new renewed focus on revenue growth.
  • Aligned to a particular stronghold, you will work closely on the key brands in this area, building a deep understanding of profit opportunities externally and internally.
  • Each role will lead the thinking and set the direction on one of the RGM levers to develop an outstanding approach across the entire business.
  • This is a phenomenal role to develop your strategic and leadership abilities before embarking on further opportunities in Kenvue.
  • With robust talent and succession planning, support will be given to help develop you and your career.
  • In this team, you will collaborate across multiple functions including Customer Development, Category.
