Job Description:

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Associate .

The Regulatory Affairs Associate oversees regulatory activities for medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements within UK, Ireland, and Malta. Responsibilities include compilation and submission of applications, resolving Health Authority questions, managing post-approval commitments, and submitting variations or renewals. The role reports to the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs and is based in High Wycombe (hybrid work model).

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate, compile, and submit applications for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and food supplements.
  2. Gather and organize regulatory requirement information for quality, preclinical, and clinical data.
  3. Prepare and submit regulatory documents per guidelines.
  4. Monitor review processes and communicate with Health Authorities.
  5. Plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory environments and data requirements.
  7. Ensure compliance of products with local regulations and quality systems.
  8. Review and approve promotional materials and product artworks.
  9. Track application statuses and update teams.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements.
  11. Prepare for audits and inspections.
  12. Manage compliance issues and corrective actions.
  13. Participate in trade associations and regulatory strategy development.
  14. Collaborate with the business to meet regulatory and commercial goals.
  15. Maintain compliance with SOPs and working instructions.
