Reports to: IE/UK/Nordics Distribution & Transportation Lead
What You Will Do:
- Lead the weekly co-pack planning cycle, aligning co-packing activities with forecasts and service targets to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms for materials needed in co-packing operations.
- Continuously assess and enhance co-packing processes to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with material suppliers, co-packers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
- Optimize packaging material replenishment strategies to ensure sufficient inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
- Identify and resolve operational issues - proactively address potential risks and constraints in co-packing operations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for inventory reduction, contributing to overall inventory management targets.
- Maintain accurate reports on slow-moving or obsolete packaging materials and support initiatives aimed at reducing SLOB impacts.
- Ensure accurate and thorough data management of new materials to support operational and reporting needs.
- With Kenvue business stakeholders, 3PL and packaging suppliers, investigate and deliver cost saving initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with SAP and OMP desirable.
- Proven experience in co-packing operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments.
- Aptitude for identifying operational issues and drive solutions in a proactive manner.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
