Position reporting to UK RGM Lead
Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, Berkshire

Responsibilities
- Lead a rolling 12-to-18-month opportunity plan against Kenvue’s core RGM levers (price, pack, promotions, and mix) to identify initiatives delivering value.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy, Squads and Sales team to identify short‑term opportunities.
- Monitor competitor and market changes and react quickly to offset profit pressure.
- Ensure insight‑driven decisions, incorporate RGM thinking into a 3‑year operating plan in the innovation pipeline and commercial plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in RGM practice with proven value creation for shoppers, customers and organization.
- Strategic orientation and ability to lead execution.
- Experience in a Commercial / National Accounts role in CPG.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to translate market and organizational data into insights and action across price, pack, promotions and mix.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled in influential leadership.
