Kenvue is currently recruiting for this role within our Enterprise Functions team in EMEA. The position reports to the Head of People, Enterprise Functions EMEA and is based in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Work location is hybrid.

What You Will Do

The People Partner Enterprise Functions EMEA is responsible for deploying and executing HR strategy in partnership with assigned Business Leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas:

  • Organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Co‑creating and deploying diverse, equitable, inclusive talent solutions aligned with business and HR strategies.
  • Building workforce planning and development proposals based on workforce data and external perspectives.
  • Identifying critical business capability needs and partnering with business to develop and execute appropriate strategies.
  • Driving a strong culture through organizational development interventions, coaching, and business partnership with leadership.
  • Supporting senior business leaders on critical leadership capability, agility, servant leadership, and onboarding of transitioning leaders and their teams.
  • Supporting the EMEA deployment of global strategy and change management initiatives.
  • Translating business vision of designated business groups into specific execution plans aligned with objectives, measures, and timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant progressive professional HR experience.
  • Excellent learning agility – ability to digest information quickly, apply existing knowledge in new ways, make connections across areas, and identify key questions.
  • Collaborative and global mindset – able to deliver strong results in close partnership with others across work areas, functions, and geographies.
  • Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence‑based decision making.
  • Leadership aptitude, including the ability and willingness to build strong partnerships; effective communication, engagement, and influence of others.
  • Keen curiosity, desire to learn more, aptitude for problem solving and willingness to take risk and challenge the status quo.
  • Detail oriented with ability to maintain a big‑picture focus.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consumer Health/Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience with regional/global teams in a matrixed HR support environment and ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
