What you will do:

Kenvue are seeking a motivated and driven high-performing individual to join our growing UK eCommerce team as eCommerce Customer Development Manager on a 1-year fixed term contract. The primary objective of the eCommerce CDM role is to support delivery of customer revenue targets by driving increased eCommerce sales and winning share across all categories Kenvue play in. You will lead the execution of customer sales and marketing programs and have ownership of the customer relationships.

  • Full accurate forecasting and P&L ownership, delivering on specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
  • Partner with squads, digital teams and commercial strategy teams to identify and execute eCommerce opportunities
  • Ensure we have an 'outside in' lens on the business looking at competitor activities in the eCommerce channel and in your account
  • Analyse channel performance, and create plans to optimize top and bottom-line
  • Support eCommerce customer service teams and supply chain to ensure processes are operating efficiently
  • Follow standard methodologies to improve presence on eCommerce websites
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, especially within FMCG e-commerce, health, and beauty sectors
  • Building positive relationships with your key contacts/buyers
  • Designing and executing great business plans including negotiating the implementation
  • Build and lead promotional activities in line with Kenvue corporate guidelines
  • Propose and pilot new e-commerce tactics such as bundling, subscription models, or loyalty programs to drive engagement
  • Identify share of voice opportunities to drive market out-performance
  • Drive excellence in execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and integrated brand campaigns

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in retail account management, sales planning, account development for online customers
  • Previous negotiation experience
  • Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organised and able to run multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • High level of autonomy and enjoy networking to achieve results
