What You Will Do
- Ensures execution of HCP/professional business plans across GCC to meet current & future needs and expectations for Kenvue – Self Care (OTC portfolio), Skin Health (Aveeno, Neutrogena) & Essential Health (Listerine, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno Baby)
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting execution of HCP marketing strategy, executing Kenvue’s participation in HCP conferences, development and/or adaptation of HCP marketing materials, HCP samples order placement and sample communication with distributors, HCP budget tracking, organizing trainings for the Medical Reps and distributor teams, joining Medical Sales reps in the field and providing recommendations based on HCP insights/feedback, ensuring all HCP-involving activities meet internal Healthcare Compliance (HCC) requirements, closely monitoring field force metrics/KPI performance using available tools & dashboards, etc.
- Supports the HCP Marketing Manager with all HCP marketing activities (resources, budget, implementation plans, business insights)
- Performs double visits with the distributors’ medical sales reps to collect first-hand HCP feedback/insights and to supervise/analyze medical F2F detailing efforts (communication effectiveness, call quality, objection handling, dissemination of key brand messages, etc)
- Leads the implementation of digital HCP omni-channel approach (rep-triggered emails, webinars, pre- and post-congress HCP digital comms, etc)
- Keeps track of Professional/HCP marketing budgets, including PO raising
- Responsible for leading and executing Healthcare Compliance (HCC) processes related to HCP-involving activities (educational conference sponsorships, promotional HCP contracts, HCP content creation, etc)
- Geographical scope: GCC (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
Key Responsibilities
Supports execution of HCP marketing strategy
- Leads on operational aspects of HCP marketing plans
- Leads HCP samples process from A to Z (sample forecast and alignment with local distributor teams, sample order placement, follow-up on shipment and delivery)
- Adapts HCP marketing materials in collaboration with GCC Brand Managers and GCC HCP Marketing Manager to reflect latest Global/EMEA strategy, latest claims, new scientific studies, etc
- Works with Regulatory & Medical Affairs for approval of HCP communication materials where needed.
- Executes Kenvue’s participation in HCP conferences (arrange logistics with event organizers, work on booth designs with agencies, ensure sample & HCP material readiness, etc)
- Drives digital HCP communications (emailers) by liaising with content agency and CRM agency; provides recommendations for further developing HCP omni-channel approach (e.g. WhatsApp communications, HCP online learning modules)
Ensures adherence to Kenvue Healthcare Compliance policies for all activities involving HCPs (where required)
- Work closely with Kenvue Healthcare Compliance (HCC) team and Brand Managers to prepare all pre- and post-event documentation (HCP CV, HCP identification form, proof of attendance, proof of delivery, etc)
- Advise on and/or calculate Fair-Market-Value (FMV) for all HCP engagements using internal company FMV tools
F2F Detailing Supervision
- Joins Medical Sales Reps and Supervisors in the field for double visits
- Provides recommendations and shares ideas (e.g. content adaptations, claim reviews, other activations, etc) based on first-hand HCP feedback/insights
- Acts as independent supervisor of detailing quality and effectiveness and shares recommendations based on learnings
- Attends RTDs (Round Table Discussions) to assess meeting quality and effectiveness and shares recommendations for improvement (if required)
- Needs to be able to travel across GCC
Field force Performance Tracking
- Closely monitors field force metrics/KPI performance using available CRM tools/dashboard (reach, actual vs planned visits, average frequency, acquisition of HCP first-party data, digital reach, etc)
- Prepares data on reps’ KPI performance for monthly rep KPI reviews with local distributor teams and Commercial Managers
HCP Marketing Intelligence/Research
- Support brand teams and HCP Marketing Manager with market research activities involving HCPs, alongside CBI
Organization of Field force Training
- Coordinate the preparation of training materials for reps, as required, in accordance with SOPs and European processes
- Co-lead the development of a training curriculum/calendar for Sales Representatives and Pharmacy teams as required, alongside HCP Marketing Manager
Required Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets is desirable.
- 2-5 years of Pharma, OTC and/or Consumer Health experience
- Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably Pharma or FMCG
- Experience in medical detailing / HCP communication, with specific experience of the Middle East marketplace regarded as an advantage
- Excellent Verbal and written English (Arabic or French will be added value)
- Standard computer skills. Must be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Project management tools is a plus
