Role reports to: Commercial Operations Support Lead

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, Berkshire

Work Location: Hybrid

What you will do:

  • The Commercial Operations Support Analyst is responsible for all commercial compliance and operations within their area of the Kenvue UK business.
  • Collaborating closely with Commercial and Finance teams as well as external partners.
  • Completing commercial admin tasks accurately and in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Driving process improvements to ensure the best possible support can be given to our Commercial team to further drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Promotion System Reporting
  • Trade investment ledger management and invoice matching
  • Audit claim management – managing existing claims and preventing future ones
  • Claims for credits and damages
  • Pricing
  • Rebate loading and admin including reconciliation on quarterly basis
  • Aged accrual reviews and related post close commentary
  • Accrual releases
  • New line forms/admin related to NPD
  • Transfer order management
  • Sampling for audits
  • Additional channel specific responsibilities may also be a part of the Analyst role

Process Improvements and ad hoc work as per business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional Finance Qualification (e.g AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc.)
  • Degree level educated or equivalent
  • Proficient spoken and written use of the English language
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Experience of managing and improving controls and working with audit and compliance teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Good systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systems
