Role reports to: EMEA Marketing Operations & Strategy Senior Manager

Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, Reading, Berkshire

Work Location: Hybrid

What you will do

The placement is responsible for assisting the regional media and marketing operations team across media and marketing activities such as influencer marketing, content optimisation, data analysis and internal communications. You will have the opportunity to lead your own projects from day 1, gaining hands‑on experience and making a meaningful impact on our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing and/or media reporting, insights, and best‑practice sharing to help brands improve campaign performance, reach, and engagement across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with markets, agency partners, and cross‑functional teams to support the development and implementation of influencer marketing and media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, including AI‑driven consumer discovery, and share actionable recommendations with the team.
  • The role may also support additional projects as business priorities evolve, providing broader learning and development opportunities.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program
  • Bachelor or Master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytics, dashboards, and excel
  • Familiar with Influencers and their presence on social media

Desired Qualifications

  • Creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Ads
  • Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered a plus
