Kenvue is recruiting for the Director Medical Affairs, EMEA, based in Reading. The role reports to the Senior Director Medical Affairs EMEA and leads medical strategy, plans and budgets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with up to 20% travel.

The successful candidate will oversee medical communications, real-world evidence generation, and collaboration with Regulatory, Translational Science and Commercial teams to support product development and lifecycle management in a fast‑paced environment.
