This position reports to the Head of People, Enterprise Functions EMEA and is based at our Reading office.

What will you do:

  • The People Partner Enterprise Functions EMEA is responsible for deploying and executing HR strategy in partnership with assigned Business Leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in areas such as organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • The position will co-create and deploy diverse, equitable, inclusive talent solutions aligned with business and HR strategies.
  • Additionally, the position will build workforce planning and development proposals based on workforce data and external perspectives.
  • The People Partner will help identify critical business capability needs and partner with the business to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen organizational priorities.
  • The position will also drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching, and business partnership with leadership, supporting senior business leaders on critical leadership capability, agile, servant leadership, and providing onboarding support to transitioning leaders and their teams.
  • Furthermore, the People Partner will support the EMEA deployment of Global strategy and change management initiatives.
  • This position will translate the business vision of designated business groups into specific execution plans tied to objectives, measures, and timelines, leading to successful completion of projects.

  • Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
  • Leadership aptitude, including the ability and willingness to build strong partnerships – you communicate, engage with, and influence others effectively.
  • Keen curiosity, desire to learn more, aptitude for problem solving, and willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain big-picture focus.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Preferred:

  • Consumer Health/Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience working with regional/global teams in a matrixed HR support environment and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
