Volunteer drivers use their own cars to take clients to hospitals, clinics, day centres or social appointments. It is a valuable way to contribute to the community and offers flexibility around your commitments. Drivers are reimbursed for expenses (currently 45p per mile door to door) and drive when they are available. We especially welcome volunteers who can commit to a weekly schedule, though occasional drivers are also welcome.
