As a Computer Support Volunteer in our Sue Ryder charity shop, you will help us to complete our computer-based tasks which help us to raise funds. This role is fully based within the shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the shop team to list our books onto our Ziffit online platform, then packing for collection.
- Sorting, photographing, researching and writing descriptions for our items to be sold on eBay.
- Packing items for dispatch or collection.
- Providing the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds online.
