402 (Gravesend) Squadron RAF Air Cadets supports young people aged 12–20 through aviation, leadership, adventure training, community engagement and personal development. We are looking for a Volunteer Fundraising & Development Manager to help us strengthen our long-term sustainability.
Role Summary
The Volunteer Fundraising & Development Manager will identify fundraising opportunities, research grants, develop local partnerships, support sponsorship approaches and help plan practical fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify fundraising opportunities and potential funding sources.
- Research and apply for grants.

Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised, proactive and reliable.
