Volunteer Admin support for Community Driving Service – Dial 2 Drive.
Responsibilities
- Commit to a morning or afternoon shift of 3–4 hours per week supporting the Dial 2 Drive office team.
- Take bookings, liaise with clients, and coordinate with drivers to allocate journeys.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and learn the internal database.
