Head up the volunteer team for our campsite. Set the agenda for the 4 meetings a year and coordinate what is required. This is a non-executive role - reporting to the County commissioner.

Overview

Campsite Committee Chair to provide leadership to the Campsite committee, helping to set goals and objectives for the continued improvement of the site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan annual cycle of committee meetings (4 per year).
  • Set the meeting agenda and monitor the implementation of decisions and actions agreed at meetings.
  • Ensure that the campsite complies with Health and Safety law.
  • Attend Region-led property network meetings to keep the committee informed about changes.
  • Represent the Campsite at local residents’ meetings.
