Support young people from all backgrounds and abilities between the ages 13 and 18.

Our cadet leaders are vital in running and preparing our cadet programme, and in encouraging and guiding young people. Becoming a cadet leader is deeply rewarding as you will get to see the cadets develop into confident, outstanding members of the community. There's also opportunities for cadet leaders to develop their own skills and leadership qualities. With nearly 500 cadets in ten units across Kent, the cadet programme is one of the county’s largest voluntary youth organisations.

Eligibility:

You do not need to have a policing background to become a cadet leader. We welcome applications from those with non-policing backgrounds.
