Now, we’re proud to serve 1000+ communities across the UK and Ireland, bringing the grit, pride and iconic reputation that we started with, all those years ago.
Our Marketing team is a 50‑strong crew of bold thinkers, culture shapers and creative doers - from Brand and Digital to Strategy, Food Quality and Innovation. We’re here to keep KFC at the heart of culture across the UK & Ireland, blending our iconic roots with fresh, fearless ideas that connect with real people. We don’t just make ads - we build love, drive growth, and stay one step ahead of what’s next.
At KFC, we do things differently. Loud ideas. Big campaigns. Fast pace. Real impact. It’s about making things happen. Flawlessly. At pace. Across one of the UK’s most iconic brands.
You’ll lead a team of four (with two direct reports) and own the delivery of campaigns across our owned channels - from in‑restaurant POS and packaging, to digital, e‑commerce and print. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, franchisees, and agency partners to make sure every campaign lands brilliantly and feels unmistakably KFC.
We’re after someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, loves solving problems, and knows how to balance creativity with operational excellence. Someone who can lead people, simplify complexity, challenge the status quo, and keep standards sky high.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of national campaigns across multiple channels
- Managing creative production, workflow and campaign execution at scale
- Leading and developing a high‑performing team
- Owning relationships with agency and production partners
- Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and franchise teams
- Driving smarter ways of working through process improvement, automation and technology
- Protecting and elevating the KFC brand across every customer touchpoint
What we love from you:
- Significant experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery or marketing services within QSR, retail or a fast‑paced consumer brand
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑channel campaigns
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Someone commercially minded who understands how great execution drives results
- A natural organiser who can manage pace, pressure and multiple priorities
- Experience improving processes and exploring smarter ways of working, including automation or AI tools
- Hands‑on energy, curiosity and a “get it done” mindset
About you:
- A genuine team player
- High energy and loves celebrating wins
- A self‑starter with curiosity, energy and adaptability
- Hungry to learn and thrive in a small, mighty team
- A practical problem‑solver with strong commercial instincts
- Obsessed with high standards, momentum and getting things done
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced changing environment, with the ability to pivot in line with business priorities
- And of course… a true KFC believer
What’s in it for you:
- Hybrid working from our Woking RSC (just 24 mins from London). Our Marketing team spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays face to face in the office.
- Up to 11% company pension contributions
- Fri‑Yay finishes at 1pm every Friday
- 25 days’ holiday (plus bank hols)
- 5 Live Well Days a year, just for you
- Bonus scheme linked to company & personal performance
- Private healthcare, Digital GP access & mental health coaching
