KFC UK is seeking a Data Analyst, Loyalty & CRM to understand customers, behaviours and what keeps them coming back. You will sit in the Data & Analytics team and partner with Loyalty, CRM and Marketing to analyse customer, transactional and marketing data and uncover insights that shape what we do next.

You’ll build reporting and dashboards with Power BI, develop customer segmentation and behavioural analysis, and work with cross-functional teams to turn data into practical recommendations.
