KFC UK&I is looking for a talented and ambitious Brand Manager – Ireland to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who not only LOVES chicken, but has a real passion for marketing, culture and the KFC brand. This role will lead the ROI business and help drive the next chapter of growth for KFC in Ireland. Owning the delivery of the ROI marketing calendar, from retail planning through to creative and media agency management, the Brand Manager will ensure campaigns land brilliantly, on time and in full. They will play a key role in driving sales growth through impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix, while strengthening KFC’s brand relevance.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING:

  • Lead the ROI Marketing Calendar: Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of the ROI retail calendar, ensuring campaigns are commercially sharp, relevant and delivered on time and in full.
  • Drive Sales Growth Through the Full Marketing Mix: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across retail, media, digital, social, PR and restaurant channels to drive awareness, footfall, frequency and sales growth.
  • Manage Creative and Media Agency: Lead day-to-day management of creative, media, social and PR agency partners, setting clear briefs, timelines and feedback to deliver brilliant work, efficiently and effectively.
  • Build the KFC Brand in Ireland: Create culturally relevant campaigns and moments that keep KFC front of mind in Irish communities, grow share of voice and strengthen brand relevance.
  • Maximise the Restaurant Experience: Work closely with Operations, Franchise and Restaurant teams to ensure campaigns land brilliantly in restaurant, with clear toolkits, strong execution and a guest experience that brings the brand to life.
  • Local Restaurant Marketing: Support targeted local marketing plans for new openings, competitor challenges and priority trading opportunities, tailoring activity to community needs and commercial objectives.
  • Champion Performance and Continuous Improvement: Track campaign performance, share learnings and bring a challenger mindset to improve planning, execution and ROI across future activity.

WHAT WE LOVE FROM YOU:

  • Experience within a high street restaurant, retail, FMCG, franchise or multi-site consumer business would be highly beneficial. You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience in brand marketing, retail marketing or a closely related field.
  • A proven ability to turn retail & brand strategies into commercially effective campaigns.
  • You will bring a strong mix of creative judgement and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect sales growth, brand building and cultural relevance.
  • You will be confident managing creative, media, social and/or PR agencies, from writing clear briefs through to reviewing work, managing timelines and delivering high-quality execution.
  • You will be highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • You will be comfortable working autonomously, taking accountability for the ROI marketing plan and confidently moving projects forward without needing to be micro-managed.
  • You will be a strong collaborator, able to build relationships across Marketing, Operations, Franchise partners, Restaurant teams and external agencies to land activity brilliantly.
