THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL OWN
As a Brand Field Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the growth and success of Taco Bell’s European franchise network. You’ll be responsible for delivering training programmes that ensure consistency with Taco Bell’s standards across multiple markets. This role offers exciting opportunities to collaborate with franchisees, help support new market openings, and drive the development of high-performing teams. You’ll report to the Training Manager and play a key role in supporting Taco Bell’s expanding presence across Europe.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead training initiatives for franchise and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with Taco Bell’s global standards and operational goals.
- Support new market openings by creating and delivering training plans tailored to each market’s specific needs.
- Collaborate with franchisees to identify training gaps and customise training content to meet operational needs.
- Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress, report results, and manage training materials.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and adjust programmes to improve learning outcomes.
- Assist with people development initiatives, focusing on leadership development and career progression for franchise teams.
- Coordinate with HR and regional teams to schedule and track training progress across locations.
Is this you?
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, ideally in a franchise or retail operations environment, with a proven record of leading teams or managing training programmes in multi-location settings.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, with a focus on delivering training programmes that align with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Experience creating and delivering training programmes, particularly in a multi-location context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage group dynamics and provide clear instruction during training sessions.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including tracking training progress and basic administration.
- German language skills are a plus.
