Graduates of the Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship will learn all about the hospitality industry, develop and sharpen leadership skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification without compromising salary. You will earn good money while you learn. The apprenticeship is a structured learner & employer focused development programme designed to create opportunities for lifelong knowledge, skills and behaviours within the hospitality industry. Training is delivered every 4-6 weeks either via face‑to‑face visits in the restaurant, remotely over telephone or via Skype, preparing you for your End Point assessment.
Responsibilities
- People – support the RGM by leading and developing a diverse team, fostering personal growth, and creating a competent, enjoyable team environment.
- Guest – set a guest‑first mindset, train the team to deliver accurate, hot meals with a friendly smile, and handle guest feedback to continually improve the experience.
- Sales – collaborate with the RGM on community events, sales strategies and goals; drive sales targets, win incentives and keep the floor busy with fresh chicken.
- Business Operations – review daily, weekly and monthly business reports, analyse profit drivers, control costs, deploy staff and keep cash handled and stocked correctly.
- Admin – assist the RGM with daily paperwork, stock control, waste minimisation and ordering supplies.
