You'll be right there on the floor, leading the team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe, and get stuck in to make every shift count.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team, setting the pace and driving the restaurant to hit targets and exceed expectations.
  • Co‑coach, support, and celebrate your staff, ensuring team members grow, learn, and bring their best to each shift.
  • Plan and manage stock checks, shift schedules, and other back‑of‑house operations to keep front‑of‑house running smoothly.
  • Make timely decisions under pressure and keep the team calm and focused.
