Support the team, take charge of day-to-day operations, help hit performance goals and ensure the team not only meets expectations but surpasses them. Own the restaurant’s atmosphere, guest experience and smooth running. You will lead, train, coach and motivate crew to meet and go beyond standards. Keep KPIs on target, manage admin from rosters to stock, and create a welcoming place for guests and team alike.
