- Prepare, cook, and serve chicken to established standards with speed and accuracy.
- Follow prep and cooking processes to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and consistent quality.
- Maintain hot, crispy, and appetising portions and uphold high standards of presentation and taste.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain momentum and pace during service.
