Responsibilities
- Drive performance, hit goals, set the vibe, and deliver results each shift.
- Build, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Set targets, own KPIs, and push the team to deliver every shift.
- Maintain shift‑to‑shift coverage, manage rosters, stock, reporting, and ensure smooth backend operations.
- Create an unforgettable guest experience and turn first‑time customers into regulars.
- Ensure operations remain efficient, clean, and compliant even in chaos.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong people‑management skills: build strong teams, handle tough conversations, and create an inclusive culture.
- Excellent operational oversight: knowledge of health & safety, cleaning standards, and compliance.
- Ability to own KPIs, set targets and drive results.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
