PEOPLE CAPABILITY COACH
Work with KFC's Area Coaches and Regional General Managers, driving people strategy, coaching leaders, and helping teams grow across the region. This hands‑on role blends HR expertise with practical training to unlock potential and enhance the workplace.
About the role
As a People Capability Coach at KFC, you’ll be the partner for area leaders, delivering people solutions, training, and culture initiatives.
What will you spend your time doing?
- Partner with leaders – Build trust and collaborate with Area Coaches and RGMs to drive people initiatives.
- Shape the people strategy – Develop actionable people plans for each restaurant.
- Lead recruitment – Help managers hire people who reflect KFC’s values.
- Drive training that sticks – Own training delivery in your area, ensuring it is practical and impactful.
- Be the culture champion – Foster a living, real culture in challenges and celebrations.
