As an Assistant Manager, you won\’t just Assist, you\’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC\’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK\’s rest stop experience.,

Responsibilities

  • As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service.
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

Skills & Knowledge

  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
