The Person

You should be a great communicator and story-teller, you'll be skilled at capturing peoples attention and bringing the story of Kents Cavern to life.

The Role

As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the tourism experience for our customers by providing insightful and engaging tours. You will be responsible for leading groups of tourists through the caves, sharing historical and cultural information and ensuring they have a memorable and informative experience.

Responsibilities include

  • Engage with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about the attraction, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Present tours around the cave, supporting self-guided operations, supervision of cave areas, patrols, working on tickets and other duties as business requires
  • Welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Helping to maintain cleanliness around the site.
