As a Tour Guide / Visitor Experience Team, you'll deliver engaging guided tours while supporting the day-to-day operation of Kents Cavern. Alongside guiding, you'll assist with self-guided visitor operations, admissions, till work, retail, visitor enquiries and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging guided tours of Kents Cavern.
  • Support the safe operation of guided and self-guided experiences.
  • Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Operate the admissions desk and till system.
  • Assist with retail sales and merchandising.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.
  • Work flexibly across departments to support the wider operation.
