As a Tour Guide / Visitor Experience Team, you'll deliver engaging guided tours while supporting the day-to-day operation of Kents Cavern. Alongside guiding, you'll assist with self-guided visitor operations, admissions, till work, retail, visitor enquiries and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging guided tours of Kents Cavern.
- Support the safe operation of guided and self-guided experiences.
- Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the admissions desk and till system.
- Assist with retail sales and merchandising.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction.
