This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join Kentro Capital, a key and valued part of Brown & Brown UK.
Job Summary
- To work closely with the Head of Finance & Group Financial Controller to manage the Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Operations (Insurance Accounts and Accounts Payable); ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operational and financial management of specified group entities.
- The production of the monthly management accounts and balance sheets.
- Forecasting and budgeting profit & loss and balance sheets.
- The financial year-end process including the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in running the annual external audit process and various internal health checks and help ensure that recommended improvements and actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of financial controls.
- Ensure all relevant FCA requirements are met.
- Review of CSA Sox controls monthly.
- Help to execute tax planning opportunities to minimise tax payable by the Group.
- Assist the Group VAT return.
