Kenton School in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Year Leader to support a designated year group through the secondary school journey. Working in pairs with teachers, support staff, parents and professionals, you will manage pastoral issues, safeguarding and welfare, and design strategies to remove barriers so every pupil can achieve their potential.
