  • Has qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching at secondary level.
  • Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to raising standards.
  • Builds positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Is dedicated, organised, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • The ability to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and take appropriate action when required, instilling high expectations in all our students.
