We are seeking applications for a Head of Department/ SENDCo to join our Learning Support team. The SENDCo plays a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. By leading inclusive practice, removing barriers to learning and ensuring that provision is tailored effectively, the SENDCo helps ensure that every student can flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate would be expected to co-ordinate the provision for students with SEND and oversee the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND policies. If you are the person we are looking for you will possess the ability to work effectively with all students, their families and external agencies. You will possess the ability to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and take appropriate action when required.

You will play a key leadership role within our school, which offers an exciting opportunity to shape provision, champion inclusion, and ensure that every learner is inspired to see themselves as a leader.
